Registration for Religious Education Classes 2020 has already started at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.. Registrations are open on Sundays, August 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Parish Hall. On Saturdays, August 15, 22 and 29, registrations will be at the Rectory.
These are the Religious Education Programs offered by OLPH:
Children’s Program (8-year-old or older)
The Cofraternity of Christian Doctrine is commonly referred to by its abbreviation, CCD, or simply as “Cathecism”. This provides religious education to children, preparing them for the sacraments of Penance and Communion.
Youth Program (14 or older)
Confirmation Program prepares young people to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation by which Catholics receive the Holy Spirit, who gives them the increased ability to practice their Catholic faith in every aspect of their lives and to witness Christ in every situation. A closer bond with the Catholic Church.
Adult Program (18 or older)
RCIA-RICA Program or Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a process by which adults who are above the age of infant baptism enter the Catholic Faith.
